I have spent weeks of faffing about with the site design and navigation trying to work out how to accomodate all the contributions people have made to Oldton without disrupting my overall plan.

Finally I realised that the best solution is to set the whole section up as a blog. Still have quite a lot of stuff to plug in, but it’s starting to take shape.

Using categories and permalinks I can plug everything into the main site as I please. Cool.

The only problem I have now is that I need to put in some content as comments, but there doesn’t seem to be any way of backdating comments in the same way as you can backdate posts. Anybody out there help with this?
